WARRANTY

THE BREEZ SCREEN, LLC, manufacturer of THE BREEZ SCREEN (product), warrants to the original retail purchaser that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase.  

This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper set-up/take-down and transportation of the product, normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance. The manufacturer shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of product. Further exclusions include damages resulting from Acts of God, such as hurricanes or floods and any damages caused by nature’s forces such as wind, rain, hail, or snow. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  

For any warranty claim, the manufacturer must be contacted and provided proof of purchase date and explanation of the issue prior to returning product. The manufacturer’s obligation and liability shall be limited only to repairing or replacing (at its option) any product or parts, which after review and/or examination of the product by the manufacturer, are determined to have been defective at the time of purchase of product. This warranty shall be void as to any product, which, without manufacturer’s authorization, has been altered or modified in any manner.  

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
